Bayern Munich's Turkish international footballer Hamit Altintop was presented with the third Puskás Award for the year's most beautiful goal by Kazakhstan goalkeeper Andrej Sidelnikov at the FIFA Golden Ball Gala in Zurich.
Bayern Munich's Turkish international footballer Hamit Altintop was presented with the third Puskás Award for the year's most beautiful goal by Kazakhstan goalkeeper Andrej Sidelnikov at the FIFA Golden Ball Gala in Zurich. Sidelnikov was the custodian beaten by Altintop's unsaveable first-time shot into the top corner of the net from 18 metres following a corner during the 2012 European Championship qualifier on 3rd September 2010. Interestingly, Hungarian referee István Vad II was the man in charge of the match.
